company verifies buyer company and issues FCO & Draft Contract.
3. Buyer
signs and FCO& Draft
Contract.
4. Sellerand
Buyer lodge Draft Contract with their respective
banks.
5. Seller
bank issues a writing Bank Guarantee for PB2% to buyer
bank.
6. Buyer
bank sends Transferable DLC (if buyer wishes payment at discharge
port)
7. Once
seller receives the Transferable DLC seller and buyer arrange each
other about shipping schedule.
8. Seller
bank SWIFT POP (Proof of Product) via Bank to
Bank.
9. Buyer
or its representative visits the yard (if buyer wants), AQSIQ
Certification
will be
provided at the loading port.
